To gain your trust, we are very careful about protecting the personal data we collect from you. This data is processed in accordance with the Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, amended, relating to data processing, files and freedoms and with (EU) 2016/679 regulation dated 27 April 2016 relating to the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data and to the free movement of such data (GDPR).
This document demonstrates the commitment made to implement the appropriate technical and organisational measures when collecting and using the personal data of natural persons acting on behalf of a legal person (legal representative, employee, etc.) or the data of natural persons transmitted to us for the execution of the signed contract/service (hereinafter referred to as "data subjects"), when subscribing to products and/or services and throughout our relationship, to ensure responsible use of personal data.

Purpose of processing in the context of relations with Factofrance
Personal data is collected, in particular, for: management of the commercial relationship and the products and services subscribed to, including prospecting and sales promotions, collection, credit risk assessment, security and prevention of unpaid debts and fraud, the management of personal securities, follow-up of the signatory's registration policy as part of the electronic signature, the fight against money laundering and the financing of terrorism, the management of incidents as well as the implementation of our legal and regulatory obligations.
Professional secrecy and Security
All useful precautions are taken to ensure the security and confidentiality of this personal data, in particular to prevent its loss, alteration, destruction or access by unauthorised third parties. Personal data is protected by professional secrecy in accordance with the provisions of articles L.511-33 et seq. of the French Monetary and Financial Code to which Factofrance is bound. It may be shared within the Group to which we belong for the same purposes, as well as to legally authorised administrative and judicial authorities. Providers offering certain services on behalf of Factofrance may have access to the personal data necessary for the performance of their services. During certain operations, personal information may be transferred to a country outside the European Economic Area with an adequate level of protection or under an agreement specifying the level of guarantees and protection.
Means of exercising rights
Data subjects benefit from a right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, and opposition under the conditions provided for by law.
